Supported - The site currently lies on the edge of the settlement, within open countryside as currently protected by the green wedge EV23 allocation in the UDP. Representations were made at the public meeting that there were special agricultural circumstances that should be considered in this case for agricultural dwellings to ensure the long term viability of one of the last remaining milking farms in the area.

I fully support this as it would be infil and provide residence for the two sons who currently reside on Llannant Farm. the planners gave permission for an extension of the council estate some years ago behind the proposed site. These houses were built way out of line of any houses in the area. What John and Andrew propose will surely just even up the houses on both sides of llannant road. These hard working people should be encouraged to carry on farming and this decision would allow them to do this.
